Laughter is the best medicine

I’ve had a discussion recently with different folks about an old recording with Jim Baccus and he’s laughing in a restaurant. By the end of it – you almost couldn’t help yourself but laughing along and I wished that I had the recording today.

On the other hand – I have been asked before to visit theaters and other events to … laugh. I love to laugh. I feel good and energized when I do. So a couple of weeks ago I was with my marketing mastermind group and we had gone to dinner. One of my friends who owns a business where it’s all about the A-HA factor called Epiphanies, Inc. had set his phone to record and ended up with 10 minutes of laughter and comments among the group – actually mostly me.

Today I needed some laughter energy and proceeded to set up the best 4 minutes to share with you. In it you may hear how a woman in labor laughs, a sanitation district employee, a dog, an undersea diver, a Nun – plus a few others.

If it makes you laugh – I’m glad. Share the joy and smiles with a loved one!
